The stay was fabulous, especially the gorgeous gardens and riverside views from our terrace room. We made good use of the complimentary e-bikes to explore the nearby attractions, including the beautiful Abbey Ruins just a short drive away. It was a delightful experience to unwind in such an elegant setting, with exceptional breakfast options that made our mornings even better. Though Brantome itself was a bit underwhelming, the hotel experience more than made up for it.

Brantôme Bliss 🕊️
The room was lekker, comfy bed and a cute terrace overlooking the river. Brekkie was the best I’ve had, proper spread, and the service was sharp-sharp! We quite enjoyed chilling by the water, watching the world go by.
A bit noisy with other guests wandering around late at night, but still not a deal-breaker.

The dinner experience showcased a fantastic wine selection, but breakfast service was disappointingly slow, leaving us waiting at an empty table for far too long. Housekeeping occasionally missed the mark, with items left unaddressed during the stay. the signature room offered a cozy space to unwind, although the balcony felt somewhat dark and dreary in cloudy weather. Despite these missteps, the hotel retains its charm as a lovely getaway amidst beautiful gardens and river views.
